If you have received a card at your door , Our Agency has a document to deliver to you.
Why do we leave a card ?
In most cases the document we are trying to deliver explains your rights and contact information in the case .
The Courts have directed the other party (usually called a Plaintiff ) to notify you so that you are aware of what is
happening and the Court wants to make sure that you know your rights in the given matter .
We have left the card because we are trying to get the document to you in a timely manner.
The Process Server that delivers the documents is a person that does not have an interest in the outcome of the case
to make sure that the documents are delivered in a true manner.
The Process Server can not offer legal advise , but can direct you to the contact information contained in the documents. Nor are they there to cause problems or embarrass you in any way .
By calling the number on the card We can determine the best time to deliver the documents to you . Should the person mentioned on the card not live at your location we can direct the documents to another location and close out your address.
A lot of people might think ignoring the documents will make the case go away. It does not work that way.
